Another small plugin, this one renames media files that have been uploaded through WordPress. Although you can rename the title of an image, the underlying file still has the original filename (IMG_1234.jpg, for example). This plugin ensures that the filename changes along with the title.
Nice, but non-english wp users can’t use this plug in. Non-english title make the file not readble. is there a a way to change to media filename manualy?

I assume a workaround for Rami’s issue is to first set the image’s title using ASCII characters, disable the plugin, and set the actual title.
