I try and provide as much support as I can for all software and articles on this site. Please bear in mind that support requires a lot of time and it may take a while to respond – consider a donation if you think this time has been useful. Even a few kind words and a link will be appreciated.
Before asking a question, carefully read this list:
- Try disabling other plugins and widgets to see if the problem disappears
- Read any FAQ associated with the software
- See if a bug has already been reported in the bug tracker
- Use the support forum - someone else may answer your question
