Hi John, first of all thanks for adding the features I suggested previously. Your work rocks, hard.

I just noticed a "bug" when paginating pages via <!--nextpage--> tags and using the wp_next_page() function. In the HS settings for Posts & Pages, I set the title to

%%title%% - BlogName %%page%%

yet I do not get the page numbers added on the second and later pages.
