Keywords (but not tags)
I use meta keywords independently of tags. My tag structure is strict, while my meta keywords are much more loose and verbose.
For tags, I use Simple Tags plug-in and for meta keywords, I currently use All-In-One SEO Pack (trying to get rid of it for Headspace2). In AIO-SEO I have a field to set meta keywords, but in Headspace it merges meta keywords and tags as a single concept.
Is there a way to make tags and meta keywords independent?
(If not, consider this a feature request).
PS: This is the only thing that prevents me from abandoning All-In-One SEO in favor of Headspace2.

I'm afraid not. Keywords are all but useless (they are only included for the sake of including them), so separating them out from tags is not something high up on my todo list.
